FitHist ("the app") is a workout tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no ads or third-party trackers.
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features: signing you in, showing your plan and progress, and keeping your workout history in sync. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Data is stored with Supabase, our backend provider, which hosts it on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is protected in transit with TLS, and access is restricted so each account can only read its own data.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your basic profile (name, email, and profile photo where available) to create your account. We never see your Google or Apple password.
You can permanently delete your account and all workout data at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
FitHist is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
