By creating an account or using FitHist ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
FitHist provides workout plans, exercise demonstrations, and workout tracking. It is an informational fitness tool — it is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.
Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You use the app and perform any exercise at your own risk, and you are responsible for using weights and equipment safely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitHist and its creator are not liable for any injury or loss arising from your use of the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
Don't misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering it.
Workout plans and exercise media may change over time. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Currently the app is free; if paid features are introduced later, their terms will be shown before purchase.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
